Happy Birthday!! Your day of normalcy sounds like a perfectly delightful birthday to me.
And kudos to you for thanking your mom for laboring. I recently told someone I was going to start sending out Thank You cards to each of my friends every time they have a baby on behalf of the baby. You know, thanks for pushing me out of your va jay jay, you’re an awesome mom.
I think it’s going to catch on.
