The Football Family has caught the Reading Bug — especially Babycakes. I am finally working on some educational projects and Coach is a guest reader at the Freedom School. I knew that turning off the television would be good for us!
Babycakes has moved beyond “Touch & Feel Baby Animals” and on to more exciting tales. Her favorite at the moment is “Bear on a Bike”. This baby really knows how to choose her literature!

Coach is really looking forward to reading to the kids at the community center program. There are too many great books to choose from and since it is HIS event, I’ll let him choose his own book. Well, or choose the book he likes most from those I’ve already chosen? Excuse me — what exactly do you mean by thinking, “she’s so controlling!”??
As for me, I’ve got my nose in several books as I attempt to write my own tutoring curriculum. I have a rough idea of what I’d like to do with this curriculum, but it needs to be written before it can actually aid anyone in their hour of academic need. Getting started is always the trickiest part, but I think I’ll start with synonyms. Sounds good, right? (also… great, terrific, fantastic)
