A Note From the Dog

Dear Mommy,

I have a bone to pick with you.  Since the arrival of “the baby” or as I like to call her “Princess Pulls-My-Tail”, there is less & less time for me.  Remember when we used to snuggle on the couch together in the middle of the day?  That was the best.  Or when you used to take me into town?  Now car rides are reserved for trips to the groomer.  Can’t you just leave “the baby” at home and take me?

And another thing…  could you please start feeding the baby BEEF FLAVORED CHEERIOS?  If she’s going to throw them on the floor anyway, they might as well taste good.  Oh, and you might want to consider feeding her some steak, too.  Medium well.  Little salt.  Little pepper.

About those half-eaten pencils, I am really sorry.  The wind blew and it got me all upset.  The only thing I could do to calm myself was to climb up on top of your desk, gingerly remove a pencil from the cup, take it into another room, and d-e-s-t-r-o-y it.  I am trying to be a good boy, but at least I don’t chew your shoes anymore.  See?  Silver Lining.

I must close for now.  I am awaiting the arrival of the mail lady and I must be prepared to bark at her.  It’s only customary.

Much licks & love,

Furbaby

Awesome.
I don’t have a dog but I often feel bad for my kitty since I started having kids. Life just isn’t the same for him anymore. Poor kitty.
